After retirement in 2008, Chuck Harmon went native, grew a beard and picked up a paintbrush. After experimenting in oils for a while, he discovered acrylics. Because he likes to paint fast, and doesn’t like cleaning up after himself, this turned out to be the medium for him. As an observer of art, Chuck gravitated to bright abstracts. For the most part, this is what he’s been painting for three years now. |
Alice Harmon has been painting as long asshe can remember; pictures as well as murals, walls and houses. It has been said that if you stand still too long around Alice she will paint you too. Over the years, she has also dabbled in clay, papier mache’, fabrics and wood.
